How the Program Works

Earning

Earn 1 point for every $1 of your order subtotal.

Redemption

Redeem 100 points for $1 off your order.

• Minimum redemption: 100 points

Coupon Details

• Discount coupons expire after 30 days if unused.
• Maximum discount per order: 50% of cart subtotal. This cap applies across all rewards-program coupons (redemption, referral, renewal, promotional).

Expiration

Points do not expire.

Terms & Conditions

• Points are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
• Points have no monetary value until redeemed as a discount on an order.
• Tracksies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program at any time with reasonable notice.
• If your account is terminated, any unredeemed points will be forfeited.
• Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined between accounts.
• Tracksies may correct point balances in the event of a system error or fraudulent activity.
• Points earned on an order will be reversed if the order is refunded or cancelled.
